Charles Bailey Theatre

Your performing arts centre in Trail, hosting the best of the best for 719 fans to enjoy. From iconic Canadian artists like Gord Bamford to local Country artist Lisa Nicole and the exuberant Jazz ensemble of Selkirk College. Don’t miss the ballet and stand-up comedy shows! The Muriel Griffiths room is available to hold 80-100 people, for smaller concerts, seminars or events. Get your tickets and keeping the arts and music alive!

Silver City Days

A favorite time of the year for our community and a Trail’s tradition. Silver City Days occurs annually on the second weekend of May. Get your mini donuts, donairs, oversized stuffed stuffies and a ride on the ferris wheel. Silver City Days is a fun time for all ages! Entertainment at its finest with a parade, fireworks and live music at this annual, multi-day, home coming celebration. Shooting Star Amusements brings more fun with all the classic fair rides! Get your dancing boots on for the Saturday concert and beer gardens at the Trail Memorial Centre.

Libraries + Museums

Located at the brand new Riverfront Centre, all your engaging reads and exciting history is presented in silver city’s beautiful landmark. Innovative, not only in design, but variety. Rossland Winter Carnival & Blizzardfest

Originated in 1898 by Norwegian miner Olaus Jeldness! The Rossland Winter Carnival fun starts with bobsled races, followed by a variety show for the whole family, winter parade, pancake breakfast & live music in the ice palace beer gardens. Snow statues, hot chocolate, and a toasty fire with neighbours, friends and family. Take the adventure to Red Mountain on Saturday night for free skiing and boarding under bright lights. If it doesn’t get any better then all that, well it does! Blizzardfest serves up an eclectic mix of live concerts throughout town. Dress for the weather, you’ll find performances indoors and outdoors! Get tickets early, they sell out! It’s a snow-mazing time!
