OASIS - RIVERVALE - GENELLE
Oasis is located minutes outside of Trail. Many of the properties here have hobby farms and space for horses. It has a rural feel yet is still close to the city centre. Oasis is home to Harding Heights Ranch which is a family owned and operated horseback riding business which offers kids horse camps, year-round guided trail rides, farm tours with a petting zoo and pony rides, horse drawn Christmas light tours, and so much more.

Genelle is a small bedroom community between the cities of Trail and Castlegar. Homes here are built up along the banks of the Columbia River as well. This area is famous for its outdoor activities. The Genelle Community Hall features an amazing playground and water park. Businesses in Genelle include Home Goods Furniture, Tempo Gas Station and Chinook Scaffolding.
